FRESHMINDS PROGRAM (Graduate’s program)

Our FreshMinds Program invites young and vibrant graduates into Sony’s workforce enabling fresh spirited ideas and creativities to be entrenched throughout a mutual journey of success.

Successful candidates will go through a 12 months mentorship program starting from April 2025 till March 2026 which will bring you through a journey of developing career skills and competencies exposing in different functions like retail marketing, marketing and sales in Sony (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with CGPA of not less than 3.0 or equivalent
• Good command of English with high level of adaptability skill to excel in all situation
• Completed all studies and not more than 3 months of full-time working experience
