Job Summary

We are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Intern under our People & Culture Department. The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a fast-paced environment. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to develop their skills, gain practical knowledge in specific domains, and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the coordination of HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
• Support payroll processing activities by preparing, verifying, and maintaining employee data. Ensure HR databases and employee records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with drafting HR-related documents, such as employment letters, memos, and reports.
• Reporting & Documentation: Requires meticulous reporting and documentation of all training activities and learner progress.
• LMS Creation: Responsible for the creation and development of engaging and effective learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• LMS Support: Involves providing ongoing support to learners and instructors regarding the utilization and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Microsoft Offices (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have creative thinking & proactive attitude.
• Attention to details in managing data's & reports.
