Job Responsibility:-

  • Prepare and review accurate financial statements, budgets, and management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, including preparing and submitting tax filings.
  • Implement robust internal controls, identify financial risks, and coordinate internal and external audits effectively.
  • Provide financial insights and advice to support the firm's strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance. 

 

Job Requirement :-
Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA) is highly preferred.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in a professional services firm is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., MFRS) and tax regulations in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
