Requirements

 Part 1: Assistant Architect

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (LAM Part 1) /Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/ Part 1 are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to use AutoCad, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Good graphic presentation skill and attention to details
• Ability to use time efficiently.
• Work well as part of the team.

Part 2: Graduate Architect

• Leadership abilities.
• Passion in design.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Knowledgeable in construction and specification.
• Manage in a variety of architectural projects.
• Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction.
• Liaison with clients, consultants and Local Authorities.
• Prepare, develop, review and modify presentation, 3D modeling and architectural drawings.
• Prepare, maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents, and other related data in an organized manner.
• Maintain a database of architectural drawings and plans.
