Job Description :-
- Source and purchase required materials and supplies, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, handle discrepancies, and secure the best pricing.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and delivery timelines to ensure materials arrive as needed.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements ;_
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Able to multitask, work independently as well as team player.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office tools (excel, word, powerpoint).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
