Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities: -

• Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations of warehouse.
• Implementing policies and procedure for warehouse operation.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Implement FIFO system for stock movement, ensure achievement of warehouse KPIs.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, including out-bound and in-bound activities.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

Qualifications: -

• Minimum Diploma in supply chain management, inventory management, warehouse & logistics management, business management or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of warehouse management experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, computer literate.
• Required to have a strong organization leadership skill, excellent interpersonal skill, strong team player spirit with high degree of commitment, integrity and maintain professionalism.
