Sales Executive
Primary duties and responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales Manager.
• Establish and manage relationships with Key Account to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Negotiate business terms with key customers.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities supported with data analysis.
• Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
• Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
• Prepare sales forecast and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills & knowledge requirements:
• Possess a minimum diploma in Business or any relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
• Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, motivated attitude.
• Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
