Production Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities in the sewing and CNC cutting sections.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Set and track production targets, ensuring timely completion of orders.
- Supervise and lead a team of operators.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices, safety protocols, and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of sewing machines and CNC cutting machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Any other tasks that assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
- Within 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines and CNC cutting processes is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
