JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Create, monitor, coordinate with the Headquarter and Project Team in the planning and implementation of the technical requirements in the construction work;
• Reporting on the progress of the construction work and properly resolving all conflicts.
• Provide actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from the project team.
• Ensuring all works are proceeding as programmed, carried out based on established method statements/procedures and specification;
• Evaluate and analyze with team risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans to mitigate.
• Able to take lead to prepare project internal delay analysis, review and prepare EOT submission on any event of delays.
• To deliver and/or provide support and/or assist in ad-hoc tasks or any new tasks, as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
• Liaise closely with the project team to collect relevant data and information to keep the project schedule updated.
• To oversee all planning, scheduling, optimising of projects based on input given and the requirements.
• To conduct critical path analysis using Ms Project or Primavera P6 and identify possible pitfalls or variances.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma in construction related field.
• At least 5 years working experience as Project Planner or any related field is required for this position.
• Skills Requirement: Primavera Project Planner software and Microsoft Project Planner software.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with people across all levels.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate to be based at Headquarter.
• Well versed in Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project.
