Senior Contracts Executive / Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:
- To be in-charge of all pre and post contract administration for designated project.
- Preparation and monitoring of project costing at regular basis.
- Organize tenders calling, conduct tender interviews and evaluating tenders received.
- Negotiation of tender prices and recommending for award of contracts.
- Site valuation and preparing payment recommendations for contractors and consultants.
- Project cashflow outflow projection.
- Perform any ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant role in construction industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a must.
