About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support professional to join our team at MindAppz Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues to their satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management system
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
