Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit policies to mitigate financial risk.
• Assess and approve credit limits for customers based on financial analysis.
• Conduct credit risk analysis and recommend strategies to improve cash flow.
• Oversee debt recovery strategies to minimize overdue payments.
• Handle negotiations with delinquent accounts to ensure settlements.
• Work with external collection agencies and legal firms when necessary.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and legal disputes related to credit and collections.
• Work with regulatory bodies and legal consultants to protect company interests.
• Prepare and present credit risk reports to senior management.
• Advise management on legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions on credit-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Law, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in credit control, legal management, or risk management.
