Sales and Marketing Manager
About the role
Become the Sales and Marketing Manager at JL World, a leading hospitality company based in Timor Leste. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will work closely with the senior management team to position the company as a market leader in the hospitality industry.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with key industry players
- Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Analyse sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret insights and make data-driven decisions
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
