Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – ERP System & Application Development

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and enhance the company's ERP system.

• Develop and improve applications using ASP.NET, C#, Java, Python, PHP, or other suitable programming languages.

• Manage databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.

• Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.

• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical issues.

• Provide ERP system support to users and other departments.

• Develop new system functions based on business requirements.

• Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and security.

• Coordinate with external vendors on ERP system issues and enhancements.

• Use Claude AI and other AI tools to assist with coding, debugging, system analysis, and documentation.

• Explore AI solutions to automate tasks and improve work efficiency.

• Prepare system documentation and conduct user training when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP system support or application development.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as ASP.NET/C#, Java, Python, or PHP.

• Knowledge of database management, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience in ERP systems, application development, and system integration.

• Basic to good knowledge of Claude AI or other AI tools for programming and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
