How to become a Quality Control Inspector
A Quality Control Inspector must hold a qualification in quality management or a related field and previous relevant work experience.
Graduate with a diploma or bachelor degree in quality management, manufacturing, engineering, or other fields relevant to the company’s industry.
Ensure fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. An employer’s language needs will vary based on its clients and suppliers.
Apply for an entry-level position in quality control or quality assurance. Examples may include QC Technician or QA/QC Assistant.
Gain 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Apply for a Quality Control Inspector position. Similar titles include QA/QC Executive, QC Supervisor, and Quality Inspector.
