I paling tak suka bila candidate tak reti nak reply whatsapp cepat2 bila I mesej tanya pasal availability to call or nak set interview. Selalu pulak tu reply after working hours. You ingat i nak layan? I masa tu dah balik rumah, nak masak, nk settle hal family. Ada jugak yang jenis ambik masa 2-3 hari to reply. You ingat you sorang je ke candidate dlm list i?? I reject terus yang jenis mcm ni. You don't take me serioulsy, I also don't take you seriously! Pls remember this simple courtesy yeah

Masuk tahun 2026 ni, you guys pilih yang mana? A) Downgrade lifestyle & commitment B) Cari kerja baru dengan gaji lebih tinggi C) Tiada perubahan. Maintain je kerja & lifestyle sama D) Nak buat part-time jobs IDK about you guys but this year, I sangat terasa kos taraf hidup yang makin tinggi dengan harga barang dan makanan yang makin melampau. Sampaikan makan dkt tepi jalan pun RM15 paling murah huwaaa 😭😭😭

Saya tengah serabut sekarang. Bulan 3 kontrak saya akan ditamatkan dan takkan disambung. Saya perlu cari kerja secepat mungkin sebab komitmen saya tinggi. Tapi sy risau. Bulan Januari ni semua orang baru masuk kerja. Bulan 2, musim CNY & puasa. Bulan 3, puasa & raya. Saya takut kebanyakkan company akan start hiring bermula bulan April dan ke atas. Betul ke teori saya ni? Kalau betul, ini bermaksud lagi lambat sy akan dapat kerja baru. ☹️ Apa patut saya buat? Saya takut nak berharap lebih2 😓

Harap next time HR janganlah list EPF, SOCSO, and EIS as benefits. Nampak red flag sgt. Pastu time interview tanya, ‘What other benefits do you offer kalau tak boleh bagi salary yang I mintak?’ dia jawab, ‘We give EPF and SOCSO.’ Like bruh… that’s literally wajib, not a benefit.

Inflation naik. Living costs naik. Requirement tinggi. Kalau boleh nak 20 tahun pengalaman. Tapi gaji fresh grad? RM1,700–RM3,000. Why? Sepatutnya tahun 2026 gaji fresh grad RM7,000- RM8,000 tau!

Kalau you dah tak tahan sgt2 kerja sekarang and then dapat offer dkt company baru with better environment & awesome colleagues (i tahu sbb kwn i keje sini jugak) but gaji lagi rendah, would you resign? New offer is 30% lower than my current salary. I bukan memilih tapi i fikir ke depan. What if i nak berhenti lagi, takkan i nak demand gaji sama mcm sekarang. tak progresif lah hidup i. putar2 gaji tang tu jugak. tapi i dh betul2 mental koyak dgn company ni.😫 Kalau you jadi i, you berhenti x?

Sebagai seorang Gen Z, i just nak cakap...please stop generalizing us. ✋ Just because you terjumpa 1-2 orang Gen Z yang rude masa apply kerja, or yang jenis nak balik on time walaupun kerja belum siap, doesn't mean ALL OF US are like that ok? I serabut betul tengok perangai gen alpha & millennials yang tak habis ii bashing us. Padahal Gen Z ni lah yang memeriahkan suasana dalam office, yang disuruh buat itu ini. Pls, we're all just trying to gain working experience so help us ok?🫶

How is it my fault that I'm earning more than my seniors? I accidently told them my salary during a casual smoke break and ever since then, everybody's treatment towards me feels different. They're more cold, ignore me when i ask questions and sometimes exclude me from discussions. I don't understand why they're treating me like I'm the problem. Why didn't they bring up this salary issue to upper management? Pls tell me what can i do to fix my relationship with them. I can't work is silos😞
