Company korang bagi kenaikan gaji berapa weh? Company i bagi RM50 je setahun HAHAHA tak tahu lah nak gelak ke nak nangis nii 😂😭 Is this normal or am i overreacting? I dah kerja company ni for 2 years already. My salary masa mula kerja is RM2500. The following year jadi RM2550. At first I thought sebab I baru so I diam je lah. This year, RM2600. Terkedu I. Sebab company every month launch product baru. Boss i pakai kereta conti. Tapi increment besar tahi hidung. Sumpah rasa macam kena scam🥲

inFresh grad wajib tahu

Penatlah jadi fresh grad yang takde pengalaman kerja ni. Apply job beratus-ratus pun takde orang call untuk interview. Dah 4 bulan macam ni. I is stress!! From 200+ applications, I only get 2 call back from HR. Itu pun after I talk to them, THEY GHOST ME!! HUWAAA teruk sangat ke resume i? teruk sangat ke i ni?? Masa raya haritu everybody sibuk tanya I dah dapat kerja ke belum? At one point, i sorok je dlm bilik taknak keluar. MALU WEH! Please laaa JUST HIRE ME ALREADY! I NAK KERJAAA 😭😭😭

Nasihat untuk kita semua dalam menghadapi krisis dunia. PLEASE. JANGAN. RESIGN! Percayalah, someone out there is dying to be in your place. There are people yang dah kena retrench and persaingan sangat sengit sekarang. Nak cari kerja susah beb. Bukan kata you takde pengalaman, tapi you pun bukan rare. Ramai lagi mcm you kat luar sana. Cuba berdamai dengan takdir. Kalau kerja tu susah, stress, cuba kawal emosi dan ego kita. Tugas kita cuma pergi kerja, balik dan dapat gaji. It's ENOUGH.

Dah penat kerja contract. 3 company semua kasi contract je, lepas habis either tak renew or kena cari kerja baru. Susah betul nak dapat full-time. Bukan tak mencuba tapi interview asyik tak lepas. TBH keje contract ni rasa macam takde job security langsung, nak buat komitmen besar pun takut. Nk beli kereta/rumah/buat loan pun susah. Serious i tanya, dengan resume penuh contract jobs, ada peluang ke nak convert ke permanent? Ke employer memang prefer ambik fresh grad for full-time employee je?

Company dah 2 kali buat retrenchment within 6 months, with rumors to do another one dalam 3 bulan lagi. Dah declared di Bursa dah pun. Soalan saya is as a 4-month pregnant woman, ada ke chance untuk saya stay for maternity leave or should I gerak cari kerja lain? Saya apply a few jobs, dapat interviews tapi risau tak diterima/di letgo once saya disclose my pregnancy.

Haritu, I went for a job interview that honestly made me rasa quite stupid. The role was advertised with a salary of RM2,500, but during the interview, they told me the actual offer was only RM1,800 sebab I supposedly don’t have the “right certifications.” tapi what made it more confusing was that my degree is literally in the field they were looking for. Normal ke macam ni?

i rasa i dah prepare the best for my iv today. but still i rasa not good enough when i can not answer the recruiter question which beyond the job scope position. im pregnant 9 months, and still struggling to attend the iv, and it been so hard for me to find new job in this current time. sedih sangat plus they even mocked me for not being prepared for the iv. i feels hopeless. the iv took almost 4 hours plus with the assesment given. i drain myself. i fail ke?

I decided to resign without secure another job yet because my job right now i rarely have a break time , i have to qada' my solat at home because no one can cover my work when i want to go solat. Fyi, ya it's fnb industry. Or i just being a dramatic person ?

I want to resign from current job because salary not enough to commute to workplace + high commitment. Current job contract position without salary increment for 2 years (2.8k only) also love to change job scope. Before this WFH but recently asked to be in-person back to office (workplace and home distance about 47km 1 way) My notice period is 2 months. Should i submit resignation letter now or wait until i get new job?
