A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for a company’s sales and marketing-related activities. They are in charge of developing and implementing sales plans and marketing strategies to boost company sales and market share, as well as enforcing specific quotas and key performance indicators (KPI) for the sales and marketing teams. Sales and Marketing Managers’ work largely requires a lot of meetings, fieldwork, and travelling to engage with clients and customers.

How to become a Sales and Marketing Manager
To become a Sales and Marketing Manager, you usually need a bachelor degree in a relevant field in addition to experience in the industry.

Become fluent in Bahasa Malaysian, English, and Mandarin.
