How to become a Structural Engineer
At least a degree in civil engineering is required for the role. Candidates registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) are preferred.
- Graduate with a bachelor degree in civil engineering

- Gain three years of work experience including one year of professional career development training under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.

- Register as a Professional Engineer with the BEM.
