I'm Ex-employee for about more than 4 years at this companyThe good thingsFriendly working environment with supportive TSR/TL/Manager/QA/IT and even CEO. I was joining the company when the operation run for about less than 4 years, I get good basic being offered, supportive team members, again back to square 1, open mindset and be matured as working adults, in sha Allah you will be able to build your inner strength in contact centre industry at Malaysia if u able to face all the obstacles here.
The challengesI have no issue working here. Since company still growing, but grow in slow path, the opportunity tu go for higher career improvement still limited. So, i have to go to another opportunity and will back to work here one day.
