    The good thingsI really enjoy working there with manager and my company staff overall there are friendly and respectful people. Punctually and every helpful and they place great team work . It’s make me feel comfortable and stay on to finish my work without knowing tiredness.
    The challengesI need to wait to get certain information from other department or contractor for produce report on time for my project manager . Chasing engineers to get data seem there are not available all the time in the office .Anyhow I able to get things done.

    The challengesSome people or client simply change their agreed contract without consulting or informing the other party. Hence, need to spend more time to re-negotiate until reach an agreed point for further improvement in their contract or projects.
