A place to grow yourself and chances to develop to global market
The good thingsSolid business, high-speed global market growth = bigger chances for personal advancement, welcome creativity yet had to balance it well with ROI target achieving
The challengesNeed to back up all decisions by figures, emphasizing heavily on numbers and sometimes its hard to quantify some strategy, need a bigger breakthrough in local market

Overall, my internship was a valuable experience that contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth.
The good thingsThe friendly and collaborative atmosphere among colleagues made coming to work enjoyable. Management was consistently supportive and approachable. I particularly appreciated their guidance during a challenging project when they offered practical solutions and encouragement.
The challengesAs a project manager, I encountered challenges in both event coordination and asset allocation. Coordinating food and beverage for the event was demanding, especially when dealing with last-minute changes in guest count and dietary restrictions. Asset allocation proved to be the most complex task due to the large number of assets requiring meticulous tracking and distribution.
