    The good thingsThis company teach you how to be more efficient and effective workers. it also teach how to be creative on finish all the tasks at the same time. You will learn multi-tasking. The company give you oppurtunity to be a responsible workers when the tasks is given.
    The challengesmulti-tasking. which mean you must be ready for finishing a lot of job tasks within on time. You need work faster and also be more creative to complete it.certain manager, will keep asking whether the tasks already finish or not. So, to avoid stress you must start early and do some list which tasks should be do it first, second and etc.

    The good thingsTo manage outlet and staff like how to handle them and prepare outlet before opening. Doing planogram and price change everyday except Sunday is one of the best strategies been made by company to compete with other retails.
    The challengesLack of manpower and security issue. Too much SOP procedure and long working hour. Not suitable for those who have family. This job is not good for long term career. Manager must take full responsibility for any product loss.
