A stable and professional workplace with a wealth of legacy knowledge.
The good thingsThe working environment is professional, disciplined, and rooted in integrity. There is a strong sense of teamwork, and the management is approachable and willing to share their decades of experience. The firm’s location and status make it a stable and respected place to work, with clear yearly bonuses that reward performance
The challengesDeadlines are strict to ensure client expectations are met, which can sometimes lead to long hours. Communication needs to be precise, as the firm handles complex Shariah audits and liquidations that leave little room for error.

Terrible management and low quality audit working
The good thingsGood salary and bonus.
The challengesThe boss often said he is so good and have alot of certificate. But then, audit working papers are terribly done. No standard at all. Doesn't potray what he said. The only good thing about this firm is, they always sweep all issues under the carpet and resolve very fast. Standards and audit report not up to mark at all. How do we learn in this kind of environment? Not recommended to join.

    Good and bad experience
The good thingsThe remuneration package is good.
The challengesThe firm are lack of quality personnel from top management to lower level staff. Lack passion in audit work. Lack of knowledge in every areas. Sometimes it makes me think that this is a multi level marketing company rather than professional firms. Do not recommend those people who wish to seek career growth as this firm are not being able to provide you a better channel to grow.

Bad working environment with lack of audit career improvement
The good thingsStaffs are friendly. If not peak period, mostly can off on time.
The challengesYou need to have very strong knowledge. Don't expect others will guide you, because the superior and other staffs' knowledge are limited. They always thought the audit practice they are doing are correct, which in fact are not. They so called this as their "culture" and don't expect them to change. If you are able to suit to this "culture" and just want an easy life with not much improvement, then it is a place for you. As long as you can finished task on time and collected customers' payment, so no matter the accounting treatment is correct or wrong, and able to answer boss' "frequently ask question", you can survive well here. Don't expect much on staffs' benefits. Mileage claim is low. Office environment are very bad. So, don't expect too much. Furthermore, you have to use your own laptop. So if you don't have laptop and want to join this firm, buy a laptop first. As this laptop will be one of your asset to survive here. Time management are very bad. That's one of the reason causes so many backlog case. If you are the type who look for improvement and better career, cons are more than pros over here.
