    Terrible system
    The good thingsYou learn a lot of things and play multiple roles, more than you expected. All employees including operators are easy to communicate in terms of language.
    The challengesJobs have to be planned to be almost as efficient as working in each second, beware to face mostly negative replies of your ideas from top management.
