    The challengesManagement not good,need to stanby for breakdown, most of time need to work than 24hour if have breakdown. The HR take opportunity to give low salary and ignore replacement leave because no record when u want to leave the company. The application for leave still using the old school use manual form not system. The last salary take 2 month before release the payment

    The good thingsYou get your salary in time. Annual dinner. Medical provided. Some friendly colleagues. Expected to be proactive and get the job done. High degree of freedom.
    The challengesSafety campaigns by management, Yes. Low safety standards during implementation. Very high turnover of staff- you will see many new faces coming in and out of the company. Quite abit of politics within the company. There is a gap in terms of communication between lower level employees and senior management.
