Outdated systems, weak HR, firefighting culture, no growthThe good thingsNothing is good here
The challengesDuring my time here, I observed that the organization is not yet ready to embrace improvement or modernization. The factory operates with outdated practices, with limited automation, and most of the workforce is focused on firefighting rather than long‑term solutions. This culture makes it difficult to build new skills or see meaningful progress. Additionally, HR practices are weak, not people‑oriented, and easily influenced, which undermines employee development and trust. Without structural changes, I don’t see opportunities for growth or improvement.
