    Plenty of experience.
    The good thingsI have done my internship with ABB Malaysia. Over all, my experience with them was absolutely great. the team work and the helping spirit. going to the office was never bothering due to the support i was getting from them. i don't know about a normal employee's salary there but for internship it was very acceptable.
    The challengesgetting used on new software and working with others around me. I am an introvert and i tend to work alone this was a life changing experience.

    The good things1) Flexible working hours, but also depending on your leader. 2) Free car park. 3) Easy access to food heaven (Subang Jaya). 4) Easy access to public transport (BRT & LRT). 5) Too many additional related and unrelated job scope - good for your career value added in resume.
    The challenges1) Small team to handle bigger workload. Hence average result. 2) Additional job scope that unrelated with your KPI or position job scope. 3) Mutitasking with other work that unrelated with your job scope. 4) Less training programme for project management team, more focus on Sales & Technical team only.

    I am knolegable in oracle database and have started with oracle 6 till now 12c
    The good thingsI have working in many industries such as banking, properties and plantation, shipping, telco, insurance, computer system vendor and now multinational support company and all are related to databases. Telco is more challenging as compared with others because the volume of data is huge and actons required must be fast and accurate. In multinational support company, as a dba got deal with many clients and requirements are different.
    The challengesTe biggest challenges are actions need to be taken fast and resolutions have to be accurate, otherwise got to give full explanations. Working in bigger team members and different geographical also a bigger challenges and time consuming.
