Work life balance but low salary increment and less opportunity

The good thingsYou will not feel stress on your work. Great leadership and supervision from senior employee.

The challengesNo power on control the project. The company like vendor company. Salary package is just average ( low - middle range I would say ). Not recommend work for long term.
