    The good thingsGood and fun working environment. Bosses have good leadership.
    The challengesYou have to be really passion about what you are doing in order to survive in this company. Because everyone works really hard for what they are doing. If you are in slow pace and just want a stable income and everyday work from 8am - 5pm, then this may not be the company you looking for.
