    The good thingshaving dinner together sometimes. going for vacation to get new energize. keeping a promise to the customer and having a good relationship with them. have a nice working environment without stress. good management.
    The challengessometimes when installing the software to the customer having a problem like the machine cannot support the program or seeing a customer who did not interest to our product. need to learn more about the software because customer might need to asked something that we don't know.
