    A company with constantly changing decisions in a short period of time.
    The good thingsEveryone leaves on time, latest by 530pm so that's a good part about the company.
    The challengesNew staff onboarding needs drastic improvement. New staff was left to themselves and had to take own initiative to find materials to do self study. Lack of training/communication for new staff but expected to perform as well as seniors. In less than 6 month there were so many changes to the workflow and internal system which makes things very confusing, especially for new staff.

    best teamwork culture, worst management
    The good thingslove to work here because of the high team spirit and ambition when doing a job. but a bad management system because every decision made is constantly changing all the time, likes to blame trivial things, and the decisions issued are inconsistent with what is made.

    Don't work here as a trainer, others position should be no problem.
    The good thingsBest young culture of enviroment, they will teach you till your good at it, but only for fast learner.
    The challengesThere's no compensation for any outstation or working on leaves. no growth at all, management really bad at doing the job

    The good thingsCompany has demonstrate a clear path of career development for its employees. Equal opportunities to everyone. Management is open to idea and suggestion for better improvement and development.
    The challengesWe don't need a Google alike office here but I am sure there is a room to improve.
