Good Experience But Very High Workload
The good thingsLearn so many things with the researchers and industry experts.
The challengesToo many works to be done and low work-life balance culture. The salary could be more competitive to compensate with the workload.

Make it or break it, this is a challenge
The good thingsIf you are a freshie, good exposure to executive world, chances to work closely with renowned scientists in Malaysia, salary not affected by pandemic, perks are mediocre, colleagues are awesome, surviving there means you are competent to excel anywhere!
The challengesThe management is bad in appreciating staff, even you are senior, they let you go coz many can replace you, SOP is not in place (can change overnight), stress level is as high as Everest, immediate boss either not competent or too demanding to perfection. Like a rice cooker, either you perfectly cooked, or you overcooked then go. Be prepared mentally!

Mentally stronger once I walked out.
The good thingsLearning curve is steep. Content-wise, each of the project assigned would provide you with opportunity to know in-depth about the issues. Colleagues (most of them) are amazing, they made working in team so enjoyable. The management somehow has successfully hired highly talented young workforce time and time again.
The challengesToo bad those highly talented young workforce are struggling and stressing out. The top management does not treat them good. They definitely could do better if they try to listen to their subordinates. You could try to work here, but make sure you are strong enough mentally. However, if you can survive here, you could survive anywhere.

I've seen so many things go wrong while working here.
The good thingsGot to work with stakeholders from various backgrounds and organisations. The staff was great too, somehow the management had a good eye for amazing personalities. Too bad they themselves don't appreciate these people that they picked.
The challengesEverything wrong in this organisation stems from the leadership. Could've been a good place to learn and grow if it weren't for poor management.
