    easy job but no skill growth
    The good thingsthe environment is very friendly, everyone was helpful. management ensure that staff are not burdened by other tasks if they are already overworked. work from home and only need to enter office twice a month.
    The challengeslow pay. they take hierarchy very seriously which in my opinion is very old school. contract workers are not entitled to OT and bonuses.
