    The challengesTypical old fashioned company that got no intention to improve but super result oriented. Can u imagine how to control all the stocks in warehouse using excel sheets? N all official invoice using excel n all need to be printed out n to be sign manually on each page by manager before sending to your customer?

    The challengesA team of seven people but five left all at once at almost the same time. Whoever who join the export department will be the unluckiest person as you may need to handle all the workload by yourself. With the super demanding boss, you will go crazy soon. Be prepared for another job search soon if you join. If the HOD doesn’t change, be prepared to say goodbye to your export department soon.

    The challengesDon’t get cheated by the interviewer, when you join u will completely get culture shock. Super old school processes, you only waste time doing those things instead of real work. You will learn how to please your boss very well if you ever join, they do not need highly qualified people, they just need an obedient staff. So joining them will prove yourself one

    The challengesWorkload can be bearable but you don’t stand a chance to shine even you tend to give brilliant ideas or stand out amongst rest as only obedient officer with no big ambition will be appreciated by the management, also tend to stay the longest. Also don’t expect much learning and that team head will guide you through as they are as new as you.

    The challengesDon’t believe what’s advertised in jobstreet job scope. When you join that’s a total different thing. Overworked you with your own scope and most of the time doing your superior job also. You will go mentally crazy here for long term. Bosses are self centred person with no empathy at all.

    The good thingsLarge organization with result oriented as main focus, no micro management as long as you are able to deliver the best result and beneficial to the company. Work life balance is achievable as long as you are productive. Salary and increment is base on experience & performance. 5 Days 8 Hours working day. Family-like colleagues.
    The challengesTraditional company with outdated system, constant reoccurring work issues. Tons of hand written manual paperwork. Whatsapp must have bluetick ON but phone bill is NOT fully subsidize.
