    Fast Paced High Pressure Environment
    The good thingsHIgh rewards if you can keep up with the pace of work, say "YES" to the boss at all times, produce quality work. Pleasant work environment in Bangsar South, comfortable office.
    The challengesBe prepared to sacrifice work-life balance, incl the weekends. Highly intense executive mtgs. Be prepared with ear-muffs, thick skin, and strong coffee to last thru. Unstructured workloads, decision reversals, last minute crams. IT systems is antiquated with painfully slow response, super security inhibitions to lock all information inside.

    Good colleagues, but poor leadership & has a toxic culture.
    The good thingsGood, supportive colleagues.
    The challengesPoor leadership causing high turnovers. Senior leaders could use some training on how to set proper direction & vision, and also on how to lead the teams well. Reporting line is muddled. Work instructions are vague and top-down only.
