    The challengesWork is under contract and to be permanent staff it takes long years of service. There is no time limit. Very political and salary revision is very poor. No opportunity to improve yourself

    The good thingsI learn a lot from this company. I gain new knowledge and experience.My supervisor very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They know what they should do. They teach me step by step how to do the works. They also professional in work.
