    The challengesWhere do i start? I came from the marketing team and i worked with a large MNC before this. I expected it to be a similar experience, buti was so wrong 1. Messy - no real direction from management. They think they have, but it just doesnt make sense 2. Unfair - managers choose ideas and plans based on who they like, not how good the people are 3. Lacking work ethics - people dont really do work, and focus on the wrong things most of the time. Long lunches are a norm. 4. Treats all vendors badly - no respect for vendors who are paid to help them.

    The good thingsFlexible, very good colleagues in KL office , not much politic.
    The challengesoffice can be better, very old, pantry is horrible bad management - no direction and always changing mind. too proud of their own history but not aware of the changes now branch offices always complaints and stuck in their own world Besides good bonus, benefits are below par compares to other companies. always late in getting payslip no discipline. meeting always not on time, no recap on meeting and direction what the next action

    The good thingsI handle account receivable at Acer. Colleague are very nice & the most good benefit is the bonus quite high.
    The challengesI hope that i can learn other than account receivable like general ledger and account payable or reporting job.

    The good thingsOne great thing about this company is there are minimal company politics, also because it is a not a huge team, therefore everybody have very strong team work, under this part of the job, we are also allowed free hand to run the overall business,
    The challengesSome of the departments require restructuring and also increase efficiency in order for the overall company to do better. Branches also require a reshuffling or morale boost to increase the performance of every branch and every staff in it.
