    The challengesMNC company, quite a lot of SOP to adhere to; very long hierarchy in decision making process; have to perform multitasking and job rotation in job roles; even though your job description stated that you are working in office, but your actual job roles may even have to cover the jobs in warehouse, which is quite dangerous as it is a heavy industry; no benefit at all; if you expect to get a good bonus or 13-month from this MNC company, please do not apply this job
