The challengesAs an Senior Technician Laboratory, I never been invited to heard a talk in research during monthly presentation. The salary given a quite small for Diploma Level.Working table or individual working area for a lower rank staff are shared among other staff department (Worst). Lab department are mess. Working place like Pasar Malam to much people (Small Lab). A lot unit in one department, but did get to know each other. Each individual has own task which other unit doesn't even know, what he or she doing.
