    The challengesThe extended hours shift in IT support presented a unique challenge. While access to certain systems and administrative tools was understandably limited for security purposes, this occasionally hindered our ability to resolve technical issues as efficiently as possible.

    The challengesThe challenges is as they working hour is 24 hours. so client might call you any time after your working hour is finish. Besides that the location is in the middle of town and you have to go through the traffic jammed everyday.
