The challengesThe company has introduced many new rules and controls, which I believe are reasonable in principle as they aim to protect the organization. However, the implementation could be reviewed to ensure a better balance between control and efficiency. It’s also important that these controls are applied consistently to everyone and every department, without bias or prejudice.
