    The good thingsJudged based on performance. Promotions etc not based on years of service but how fast you improve/grow. Quite understanding seniors/mgmt. never a dull day

    The good thingsOpen door policy is good. They make the effort to arrange regular formal and informal sessions to improve camaraderie. Once a year company trips. Movie nights now and then. Great colleagues.

    Excellent Learning Curve
    The good thingsGreat support system, bosses are always ready to listen to problems faced at work. Everyone is close and friendly at acorn and ever-willing to help one another out. An excellent place to learn about various companies and clients, offers good exposure.
