Swift and efficient! The management is spearheaded by seasonal workforce that kept the company going forward for the past 25 years! The work environment is friendly and the inter collaboration between departments is something that I would promotes and share with others wherever I go.
The challengesThere are a few things that requires changes but more importantly, the management is attentive and willing to make changes. There are certain applications that requires employees to go through multiple red tapes but nothing serious so far.
