    Employee = Disposable tissue
    The good thingsToo much of multitasking, good thing is get to learn all the stuff from bottom to top
    The challengesIts not technically ‘challenge’ but its more to unnecessary pressure due to lack of team work. Seems like they slogan they wear on the back of their uniform is to remind them what they lack the most. ‘Team work’ Company expects staffs to give ‘extra commitment’ but when it comes to staff’s benefits (especially if you decided to leave the company), they will give you all sorts of troubles. Do not join this company if you are not ready financially (have to fork out own money to support the project as petty cash) and also mentally (long working hours, one man show, unfair bonus and appraisal, and most importantly company doesnt appreciate its people)

    Amazing Hands-on Experience
    The good thingsGood remuneration package and huge bonuses for those who can deliver. Hands-on experience and leadership training with designated team. Good mentors from senior staffs.
    The challengesSome seniors staffs that take things for granted and whine when those who deserve get better remuneration. Also very hard to climb the ladder as senior staffs occupies any chance of a promotion.

    The good thingsConcept of \"Great Team Great Work\" is applied when employer help their employee for the task given and sometimes given guide to the employee. This company have a great teamwork.
    The challengesFor IT Team , i would suggest the company to put another two additional workforce either another it technician or it executive due to a lot of sites to cover and the range for each site were so far that it cant be covered by only 2 IT staff.
