    Closed culture and cliques
    The good thingsHR department is very helpful and understanding. You have room to decide what you want to be done. Able to be decisive in designing products. Director is not afraid to praise for good work but will not hold out for issues as well.
    The challengesAll systems are based on experience. If you are just starting you can never figure out the BOM or any technical history as everything is not documented properly and only need to refer to senior that are less cooperative.

    The good thingsI love a friendly neighbourhood in the company.The employer is very nice to me.He teach me many things.I must study very hard to learn in this company.I want to learn more from others if possible.
    The challengesI don,t like the salary because it is very low then i expected.I want a better salary since i study diploma in IT Networking.
