    Love being part of the team!
    The good thingsEveryone is willing to help each other when facing a problem. There are learning opportunities by taking on more opportunities. As it is a consulting firm, get exposure to all kinds of industry-related problems (won't get bored).

    a good training platform
    The good thingsemployer gives good guidance and training to their staff, learn a lot on actuarial and insurance field. Although its a long working hours but it is a very good training especially for beginners/freshly graduates.
