    The good thingsThe good thing is happy to work with other colleagues.
    The challengesThe boss is too bossy, lacks knowledge, and can't accept the employee's decisions. Sometimes, the colleague is full of gossip.

    The good thingsthe company give salary increment and bonus every year even not much RM.
    The challengesworking systems in old ways. working days from Monday - Friday with alternate Saturday.

    System-less company with no clear goals
    The good thingsLow pressure from management as compared to MNCs. Paid time-offs (1-2 hours) for personal businesses like banking. Not needed to go above and beyond in working here. Very good work place if you are looking for a break/retirement.
    The challengesNo system/ very poorly created work systems. No communication between departments, production doesn't even know sales data and sales target due to poor communication. QC is king here, nothing else matters. No incentives when going above and beyond in work. Doing additional work or helping others will make it your responsibility in the future, again no incentives in helping others. BAD paymaster, 1 year of overdue payment to many companies, hard to find supplier/contractor.

    The good thingsGreat platform for gain experience especially the way company work where 1 executive production and qc handle 1 factory. Place where you can build your persistence value as ad-hoc and multitasking skill need to be sharpen. Friendly working environment (if you're friendly enough:)). Able to understand tons of food processing due to 1 company have 6 factory where each factory produced diff product profile. Executive has hiring power.
    The challengesSo many barrier to execute your idea or proposal as all action need to be approved by several top management. Can't focus on specific job due to so many things too handle by your ownself. Politicking between each top management affected performance of company and underlings. Company benefits not so impressive. No work life balance as factory run 24/7 and factory staff totally depend on executive decision and planning

    The good thingsA good place to gain valuable experience and as platform for you to get as many knowledge and reputation as you can as Adabi is a very stable and well known company. A very good continuous training provider as you may attend different types of training and collect certificate. Their in house training is well planned and systematic. And KSR activity is very active. You will have so much fun at party or organized activities.
    The challengesThey take the tagline 'zaman silam' too literally. Not a multiracial company, you will find the environment not competitive and in close state of mind. You will not be able to bring idea and changes anymore ahead due to many stages of approval and barrier from senior staff. Too many politics, too many bureaucracy, spend your time 2-3 years then you are good to jump with all the knowledge and cert your obtain.
