The good thingsThe commission scheme is higher than other recruitment agencies. Multinational company therefore you will get the opportunity to work with colleagues from other countries. Good employee engagement activities.
The challengesThe company is currently going through a phase of improving. The perm team is not doing well, less job orders from the BD managers. The environment is not fast paced, more relax. Not what an agency should be like. This is a good company for those who are looking for relax and non-stress working environment.

    Good
The good thingsFriendly and helpful co-workers. The opportunity to contribute to society and the wonderful experience to help people get suitable job and employee. Great training provided.
The challengesManagement wise, it needs improvement. In terms of employer - employee engagement to fully understand what they are facing. Need systems rather than all manual. Benefits wise is insufficient and it needed more improvement.

Best choice for my career so far
The good thingsI've learned in great detail in how to manage client expectations, and also the expectations of my sources as well. Great leadership and guidance from my immediate superior and with a very helpful and friendly team to support me. It was the best job I've had so far.
The challengesManaging clients and timelines were the main challenges we face in this industry. To keep things on a professional note at all times, no matter how dire the situation maybe. Dealing with candidates weren't easy either.

The good thingsI like the working environment here as everyone is encouraging each other to do well and perform better. Other than that, the working hour is quite flexi too.
The challengesIn terms of company benefits as they ONLY provide us with high commission scheme.

The good thingsWe recruit on behalf our client and the sense of fulfilment is great. We assist lot of candidate to get a job. The company offers training, and internal promotion, and we are one of the Fortune 500 company too. I worked in Recruitment Sales department and our team really gel together to hit our target and we can proudly say that we are one of the best team in KL
The challengesThe recruitment business pie is getting smaller, and there are always competition in the market. Talent retention, talent war, and able to adapt to change will be the key factor stay in pact. Consultants need to be in line with recruitment business, find profitable niche and well equipped with technical competence as for recruitment sales closure.

    Awesome place to work at!
The good thingsThe colleagues here are all very outgoing, understanding and supportive. I truly enjoyed the working experience here and had blossomed since my Adecco days. This is the place to learn everything as the ropes will be shown and taught to you without any doubts.
The challengesDifficult part for this job is looking for the right candidate that will fulfill the customers criteria. You'll need to find the \"perfect\" candidate in the period given.
