    The good thingsOverall, my experience at Ademco was good. Great place to learn new skills. Great people and made many friends. Convenient location near to Tiong Bahru MRT Station and good food around the area.
    The challengesAlthough we need to deal with urgent job but colleagues are willing to help each other whenever needed.

    A great working environment
    The good thingsAdemco is definitely one of the best workplace. Most colleagues are jovial, warm and friendly. Even the whole management team are easy-going and approachable at all times. Always look forward to go to office on every single working day. Staff benefits are exceptionally excellent, always above the guidelines set by our Ministry Of Manpower. The nearby famous Tiong Bahru Hawker Centre with so many stalls and we are really spoilt for choices during meal times. I will not change my mind to stay on till my retirement.
    The challengesAlthough we are burden with loads of work, all my team members will assist each other whenever we need help.

    Probably the best company that I worked!
    The good thingsThe best part of working with Ademco has been the new-found relationships and connections that I have made. Super friendly staffs! Extremely accommodating and professional MD. Very very family oriented environment. The company not only committed to great services for customers but also builds great relationships with staffs. Truly grateful.
    The challengesWork might be challenging at times, but i could approach my friendly colleagues for help.

    The good thingsGood things is that company release the salary on time .
    The challengesStaffs are not willing to work after office hour and only the person need to work and who is most positive altitudes for company and company need to look into it for fair deployment.

    The challengesPoor HR policies. HR might require additional training to keep up with the times. Little to no benefits. Even if benefits are given, the management is calculative and seek to reap most of the grants for their own.
