    Experience was draining mentally. At least I made some good friends & gained (Ibs) after I left.
    The good thingsGreat career growth if you're able to be 1 of them, speedy pace, a very brutal training ground
    The challengesLack of clear directions from management, expect to run blindly, causing double-handling of jobs & no mercy for error, favouritism culture. TL rarely hears or understands your struggles, no time.
